Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Manager – Performance & Rewards for one of our leading clients in the Banking Sector .

Salary Range : 150,000 to 200,000

📍 Location: Karachi

💼 Experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience in Performance & Rewards within the Banking Sector

Key Responsibilities

🏆 Employee Reward & Recognition (ER&R) Program

• Manage the bank’s quarterly, bi-annual, and annual Employee Reward & Recognition (ER&R) programs.

• Manage the renewal and revision of ER&R policies/memos as required by competent authorities.

• Coordinate with relevant functions for the consolidation and evaluation of nominations.

• Prepare minutes of ER&R Committee meetings.

• Manage the complete ER&R process from initiation through the distribution of awards and certificates.

💰 Staff Finance

• Process and coordinate the sanction and disbursement of staff loans, including:

• House Building Loans

• Car Monetization

• Vehicle Loans

• Personal Loans

• Ensure all loan processing is conducted in accordance with HR policies and SOPs.

👥 HR Operations

• Respond to employment verification requests from banks and other financial institutions regarding resigned/exited employees.

• Coordinate employee insurance coverage, including:

• Addition of newly inducted payroll employees and their dependents.

• Removal of employees from insurance coverage upon exit.

• Ensure accurate posting of financial entries in the T24 Core Banking System .

• Coordinate staff category conversion by forwarding and maintaining exited staff lists with the relevant units.

📋 Resignation & Exit Management

• Issue acceptance letters upon receipt of complete resignation approvals.

• Coordinate with line managers/reporting heads to ensure timely completion of exit formalities.

• Issue exit communication to all relevant stakeholders with complete employee details.

• Coordinate with the Control Group and IT teams for the blocking of system IDs and completion of exit-related processes.
