Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Compliance Officer to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all student applications and supporting documents comply with university requirements before submission. The candidate should possess strong document verification skills, maintain high standards of accuracy, and ensure applications are complete and error-free.

Key Responsibilities

Verify all student documents before application submission.

Ensure scanned documents meet university compliance standards (clear scans, complete document visibility, all four corners visible, high resolution, and free from alterations).

Review academic documents, transcripts, certificates, passports, financial documents, and supporting evidence for completeness and authenticity.

Identify missing, incorrect, or non-compliant documents and coordinate with counsellors or students for corrections.

Prepare and review Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), CVs, and other supporting documents to ensure they meet university requirements.

Submit applications accurately through various university application portals.

Maintain accurate records of submitted applications and supporting documents.

Ensure all application deadlines are met and monitor pending submissions.

Communicate with university admissions teams regarding application updates and document requirements.

Keep up to date with changing university admission policies and compliance guidelines.

Maintain confidentiality of student information and documentation at all times.

Assist in resolving application-related compliance issues before submission.

Coordinate with counsellors to ensure applications are complete and ready for processing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, compliance, or university application processing.

Strong understanding of UK university admission procedures (preferred).

Experience in reviewing SOPs, CVs, and supporting documents.

Knowledge of university application portals and admission processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple applications while meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with education consultancy or international student admissions.

Familiarity with UKVI compliance requirements.

Knowledge of document verification procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
