Mechanical Design Engineer

About the Role

Genesis Engineering is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design and development of advanced industrial and defense systems. Fresh graduates with strong CAD skills are encouraged to apply, as training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Design mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks or PTC Creo.

· Develop 3D models and production-ready engineering drawings.

· Assist in sheet metal, fabricated, machined and welded component design.

· Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).

· Support prototype development, testing and product improvements.

· Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement teams.

· Implement engineering changes and design improvements.

· Ensure compliance with engineering standards and company procedures.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Knowledge of SolidWorks or PTC Creo.

· Understanding of manufacturing processes.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Internship or Final Year Project using SolidWorks or Creo.

· Knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
