Company: Global AdvertisingJob Title: Amazon Store Executive Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Amazon Store Executive with 1+ years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listings, inventory management, order processing, and optimizing product performance on the Amazon marketplace. • Key Responsibilities:* • Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts. • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images). • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. • Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds. • Handle customer inquiries and maintain high seller performance metrics. • Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. • Optimize listings for better visibility and conversions using SEO best practices. • Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, and deals. • Coordinate with the marketing team for Amazon PPC campaigns and promotional activities. • Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports. • Identify opportunities to improve sales and overall store performance. • Requirements:* • Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central. • Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and SEO. • Experience with inventory and order management. • Knowledge of Amazon policies and account health metrics. • Basic understanding of Amazon PPC is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Preferred Skills:* • Experience with Amazon FBA and FBM. • Familiarity with listing tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms. • Basic knowledge of image editing and A+ Content is an advantage.
