Location: Islamabad

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Night Shift)

Are you vigilant, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment? We are looking for a CCTV Monitoring Officer to join our team and ensure continuous monitoring of surveillance systems while responding promptly to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

• Identify, report, and escalate any suspicious activities or security breaches.

• Maintain a detailed log of incidents, observations, and shift activities.

• Coordinate with security personnel and relevant departments during emergencies.

• Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.

• Review and retrieve CCTV footage when required for investigations or management requests.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance data and company information.

• Follow company security policies, procedures, and reporting protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's degree will be considered an advantage.

• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, or a related security role.

• Familiarity with CCTV systems, monitoring software, and security protocols.

• Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.

• Good communication and report-writing skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
