We're Hiring: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

Location: Islamabad Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Grand City is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead the operations of its hospitality and dining facilities in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational efficiency and profitability.

This role is best suited for professionals with strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and proven experience in restaurant, café, club, or hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets. • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, presentation, and customer service. • Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational excellence. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service and operations. • Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency. • Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce planning. • Monitor sales, revenue, and operating costs while identifying opportunities to improve profitability. • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally. • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations. • Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 4–7 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, budgeting, and food safety standards. • Proficiency in MS Office and POS/restaurant management systems. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
