GT Estates is looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying and selling properties, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through calls, social media, and field visits

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

• Conduct property visits and meetings with clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Provide market insights and property investment advice

• Maintain proper documentation and client records
