Call Center Agent

Location: On-Site / In-Office Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM Company: H Pharmacy

H Pharmacy is looking for a motivated and confident Cold Calling Agents to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting pharmacy products and medicines, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers daily

• Promote and sell pharmacy products and medicines

• Explain product benefits and answer customer inquiries

• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

• Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Previous sales or cold calling experience preferred

• Confidence in handling customers over phone calls

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Basic understanding of medicines/pharmacy products is a plus
