Job Description
We are looking for a Female Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our team in Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for welcoming customers, handling inquiries, managing appointments, maintaining customer records, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (preferred) • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu • Strong customer service and relationship management skills • Experience in automotive, retail, or customer service is an advantage
