Officer Store

About the Role

Herbion Pakistan is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive “Officer Store” for engineering store to join our team at Lahore plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient store management, inventory control and supporting procurement activities to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering spare parts inventory and maintain accurate stock recordsReceive, issue and maintain material transactions in SAP.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of engineering materials.

• Conduct periodic physical inventory verification and stock reconciliation.

• Ensure proper storage, identification and preservation of engineering spare parts and materials.

• Support engineering procurement activities, including market visits and vendor coordination.

• Coordinate with the Engineering, Procurement and Finance departments to ensure smooth material flow and inventory control.

Qualification & Experience

• BS Mechanical Engineering or DAE Mechanical

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an Engineering Store

• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (MM Module)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
