Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the complete CPE refurbishment warehouse operation, including receipt, inspection, storage, vendor dispatch, refurbished stock receipt and reissuance. The position will ensure inventory accuracy, process compliance, vendor performance and effective coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily warehouse operations covering receipt, inspection, storage, dispatch and reissuance. • Allocate duties and monitor the performance of QA, receiving and SAP/data staff. • Ensure that no material is dispatched without an approved PR/PO and complete supporting documentation. • Monitor the receipt, classification, refurbishment and reissuance of CPE devices. • Ensure accurate physical and system-based inventory records. • Review stock reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. • Coordinate with Revenue & Collection, Procurement, Finance, ERP/SAP and other CFT stakeholders. • Monitor vendor turnaround time, refurbishment quality and documentation compliance. • Ensure vendor-refurbished devices are inspected and approved before GRN processing. • Maintain an updated Risk & Issues Register and escalate critical matters. • Monitor operational KPIs, including devices received, refurbished, scrapped and reissued. • Review cost-saving reports and submit periodic performance updates to the Program Owner. • Facilitate stock counts, audits and compliance inspections. • Enforce warehouse safety, security, housekeeping and material-handling standards. • Recommend process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Minimum Education • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Engineering or a related discipline. • A master’s degree or professional supply-chain certification will be an advantage.

Experience • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or supply-chain operations. • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or team-lead position. • Experience in telecom equipment, electronics refurbishment or reverse logistics will be preferred.

Required Skills • Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory and reverse-logistics processes. • Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP/inventory-management system. • Understanding of PR, PO, GRN, GTN and STO documentation. • Strong leadership, stakeholder-management and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to monitor vendors and manage operational risks. • Proficiency in MS Excel and management reporting. • Strong communication, documentation and team-management skills.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 per month
