Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client, a growing organization in the Beauty, Cosmetics & Fragrance sector, for a commercially driven Head of E-Commerce & Digital Growth.

Location: Karachi Department: Sales & Marketing Industry : Personal Care Product Reporting To: CEO / Director Experience: 5–8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end E-Commerce P&L, revenue, sales targets and growth strategy.

• Lead and scale D2C website and marketplace sales, including Daraz.

• Drive performance marketing across Meta, Google and TikTok, with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC and profitability.

• Manage and optimize Shopify stores, including UI/UX, mobile CRO and product-page performance.

• Improve AOV, customer acquisition, retention, bundles and repeat purchases.

• Manage COD economics, order management, logistics and customer support operations.

• Develop CRM, WhatsApp/SMS, remarketing and retention strategies.

• Lead systematic creative testing and scale high-performing ad creatives.

• Explore new digital channels, influencer partnerships, affiliates and other growth opportunities.

• Lead e-commerce/digital teams and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.

• Track and report key metrics including MER, CVR, LTV, CAC, ROAS and Contribution Margin.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or a related field.

• 5–8+ years of hands-on E-Commerce / Digital Growth experience.

• Proven experience scaling high-volume D2C / Shopify businesses.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, WooCommerce, marketplaces and CRM.

• Experience building and scaling an e-commerce operation or department from scratch.

• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

• Preference for candidates with experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Perfume/Fragrance or similar consumer brands.
