Position: Quality Controller

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Quality Controller. We are looking for experienced professionals from the printing and packaging industry who can ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.

Monitor printing, lamination, slitting, pouch making, and packaging processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Inspect print quality, color consistency, dimensions, sealing, and product finish.

Identify quality defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.

Maintain quality inspection reports and production records.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and internal quality procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects and production waste.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

2–5 years of Quality Control experience in the Printing & Packaging industry.

Skills & Requirements

Hands-on experience in quality inspection within a printing and packaging manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of flexible packaging materials and printing processes.

Understanding of quality control tools, inspection methods, and documentation.

Ability to identify product defects and recommend corrective actions.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.

Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
