Senior Manager/Manager – Talent Acquisition, Organization Development & Learning
Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of its esteemed clients in the Financial Services sector for a senior HR leadership opportunity in Karachi.
Requirements
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, and Learning & Development.
Proven experience in leadership hiring, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
Strong understanding of competency frameworks, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic HR partnering skills.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in a structured corporate environment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for critical, specialized, and leadership positions.
Develop and implement Organization Development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Drive talent management and succession planning frameworks.
Develop and enhance competency frameworks and career development initiatives.
Lead Learning & Development strategies, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
Conduct training needs analysis and oversee learning interventions across the organization.
Drive initiatives focused on performance, employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities.
Utilize HR analytics and workforce insights to support strategic people decisions.
