Solar Project Supervisor (Lahore)

Influx Energy is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Solar Project Supervisor to oversee the design, execution, commissioning, and successful completion of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in solar system design, project management, site supervision, installation, commissioning, and net metering processes. The candidate must be capable of managing projects from initial design to system energization and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design residential, commercial, and industrial solar PV systems using industry-standard software.

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.

• Optimize system performance and generation estimates.

Software Expertise

The candidate must have practical working experience in:

• Helioscope

• SketchUp Pro

• PVsyst

Project Execution & Supervision

• Supervise complete solar project installation activities.

• Coordinate with installation teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Monitor daily site progress and prepare project status reports.

• Verify compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.

Commissioning & System Activation

• Oversee testing and commissioning of solar systems.

• Ensure proper system configuration and performance verification.

• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning.

• Coordinate inverter setup, monitoring platform configuration, and system activation.

Net Metering & Documentation

• Manage net metering documentation and utility coordination.

• Prepare technical submissions and project completion reports.

• Ensure all project records and drawings are updated and maintained.

Quality & Safety Management

• Enforce HSE policies and site safety regulations.

• Conduct quality inspections throughout project execution.

• Ensure compliance with local electrical and solar industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in solar PV project supervision and execution.

• Strong understanding of solar PV system design principles and electrical installations.

• Experience managing residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

• Knowledge of net metering procedures and utility requirements.
