Home Healthcare Nurse / Medical Technician (Male)

InstaCare is hiring a Male Home Healthcare Nurse / Medical Technician for an office-based field role. The selected candidate will report to the InstaCare office and visit patients' homes across Lahore as per assigned appointments.

Requirements • Diploma in General Nursing (RN), BS Nursing (Preferred), or Certified Medical Technician/Dispenser (within legal scope of practice) • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience in IV Cannulation, IV Drips, IM/IV Injections, Wound Dressing, ECG, Home Healthcare, and Emergency Patient Handling • Good communication, patient handling, and documentation skills • Knowledge of infection control and sterilization • Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Maps & InstaCare App) • Valid CNIC and educational/experience certificates • Own motorcycle with a valid driving license (Preferred) • Willing to travel within Lahore and work flexible hours when required • Police verification is mandatory

Responsibilities • Report to the InstaCare office and attend assigned home healthcare appointments. • Perform IV drips, IM/IV injections, wound dressing, ECG, and other assigned procedures. • Follow clinical protocols, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure patient confidentiality. • Update patient records after each visit and coordinate with the InstaCare Operations team.
