About the Role Islamabad Visa Services (IVS) is seeking a detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer to support clients through accurate, organized, and timely application preparation.
Responsibilities • Review client information and supporting documents against relevant visa requirements. • Prepare, organize, and complete visa application forms and filing packs. • Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and coordinate corrections. • Maintain application records, checklists, deadlines, and status updates. • Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding appointments, document submissions, and case progress. • Protect confidential personal and travel information in accordance with company procedures. • Stay informed about changing embassy, consulate, and immigration documentation requirements.
