Position: Team Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of 8 Financial Advisors.
• Maintain at least 4 active advisors every month.
• Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize productivity.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and regular performance reviews.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree (MBA/BBA preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Sales, insurance, banking, or team management experience is preferred.
• Strong recruitment and people management abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
• Available for immediate joining.
