Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and trend-driven Streetwear Menswear Designer with exceptional artistic ability and a strong understanding of contemporary fashion culture. This role requires a designer who can conceptualize and sketch original ideas from scratch, translate inspiration into commercially viable products, and consistently deliver fresh designs on a weekly basis.

The ideal candidate is both an artist and a researcher: someone who can create compelling graphics, silhouettes, and garment concepts while constantly hunting for new inspiration from fashion, music, art, architecture, global culture, and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original menswear and streetwear concepts from ideation through final production-ready artwork.

• Create hand sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations from scratch.

• Design a consistent flow of new products, graphics, collections, and capsule drops every week.

• Research emerging trends in streetwear, luxury fashion, vintage apparel, music, sports, art, and youth culture.

• Build mood boards, color stories, fabric directions, and seasonal concepts.

• Source inspiration from global brands, runway shows, archives, social media, cultural movements, and vintage references.

• Present multiple design concepts and iterations for review.

• Create graphic artwork for t-shirts, hoodies, outerwear, denim, accessories, and cut-and-sew garments.

• Collaborate with manufacturers and production teams to ensure designs are executable.

• Prepare detailed tech packs, artwork files, measurements, and production specifications.

• Stay current on new garment washes, fabric innovations, trims, embellishments, and manufacturing techniques.

• Maintain a pipeline of future concepts and seasonal collections.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in streetwear, menswear, graphic apparel, or fashion design.

• Strong hand-drawing and sketching skills.

• Demonstrated ability to create original designs without relying on AI-generated concepts.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.

• Experience creating tech packs and production-ready files.

• Deep knowledge of contemporary streetwear and fashion culture.

• Excellent visual storytelling and concept development abilities.

• Ability to consistently generate multiple new design concepts every week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for premium streetwear brands.

• Background in graphic design, illustration, fine arts, or fashion design.

• Knowledge of embroidery, screen printing, embellishments, washes, and specialty garment treatments.

• Experience sourcing fabrics and trims.

• Understanding of denim, outerwear, and cut-and-sew development.

Key Traits We're Looking For

• Naturally artistic and creative.

• Obsessed with discovering new inspiration.

• Strong taste level and visual instincts.

• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

• Fast-paced idea generator.

• Passionate about streetwear culture and fashion history.

• Able to balance creativity with commercial viability.

• Constantly sketching, researching, and developing new ideas.

Performance Expectations

• Deliver 5-10 new design concepts weekly.

• Present fresh inspiration, mood boards, and trend research weekly.

• Create original graphics and garment concepts that align with the brand's identity.

• Contribute to monthly capsule collections and seasonal drops.

• Drive innovation while maintaining brand consistency.

Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing original sketches, graphic design work, garment concepts, and completed streetwear collections. Hand-drawn work is highly preferred.

Pay: Rs31,786.48 - Rs125,000.00 per month
