Hiring: Senior IT Hardware Purchasing Manager – U.S. Procurement | 3+ Years Experience

Position Overview

KASBN is looking for an experienced IT Hardware Purchasing Manager to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in U.S.-based IT hardware purchasing, sourcing, or procurement operations.

This role requires strong knowledge of the U.S. IT hardware market, supplier networks, pricing, negotiations, purchasing platforms, and international shipping processes.

Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant IT hardware purchasing experience are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities • Source and purchase IT hardware including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, workstations, and components. • Procure products from U.S.-based suppliers, distributors, vendors, and B2B marketplaces. • Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. • Negotiate pricing, availability, payment terms, lead times, and shipping arrangements with suppliers. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with reliable U.S. vendors and suppliers. • Compare supplier quotations and identify the most competitive purchasing opportunities. • Monitor market prices, product availability, and changes in IT hardware demand. • Prepare and manage purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records. • Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory movement. • Track shipments, deliveries, and order status from purchase through final receipt. • Handle FedEx shipping labels, documentation, and related shipment coordination. • Monitor inventory levels and support timely replenishment of fast-moving products. • Evaluate supplier reliability, pricing, product quality, and overall performance. • Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies and internal procurement procedures.

Requirements • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in U.S.-based IT hardware purchasing, procurement, or sourcing. • Strong understanding of servers, storage, networking equipment, computer hardware, and related components. • Practical experience purchasing IT equipment from U.S. vendors or B2B marketplaces. • Knowledge of major hardware brands such as Dell, HP, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, and similar manufacturers. • Experience with supplier negotiations, quotation comparison, and price analysis. • Familiarity with FedEx and international shipping procedures. • Strong communication and negotiation abilities. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple purchase orders and suppliers. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced procurement environment. • Freshers will not be considered.
