Civil Site Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to direct site operations in strict alignment with project specifications, technical drawings, and directives from the Construction Manager. In this role, you will oversee contractor performance to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

a) Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily field operations across building and infrastructure construction sites, providing clear direction to internal teams and external contractors.

b) Quality Assurance: Drive comprehensive QA protocols for ongoing civil and finishing works, ensuring full compliance with approved design standards and specifications.

c) Drawing Interpretation: Accurately interpret and implement complex structural, architectural, finishing, and exterior elevation drawings on-site.

d) Target Management: Establish, monitor, and enforce weekly operational targets and milestone schedules.

e) Technical Compliance: Facilitate mandatory material and structural testing as outlined in project requirements.

f) HSE Compliance & Safety: Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, conduct safety awareness training for site personnel, and proactively identify and mitigate workplace hazards.

g) Clash Resolution: Identify multi-disciplinary drawing clashes and coordinate timely resolutions with project stakeholders.

h) Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate tracking logs, compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, and maintain a systematic visual record of construction milestones.

i) Site Management: Oversee routine site inspections and maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping.

Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in high-rise construction (preferred); OR • B-Tech or Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) with 10+ years of overall construction experience, including a minimum of 8 years specializing in high-rise building projects.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
