About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Adobe Commerce Developer to join our development team. The role involves developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 applications and supporting the delivery of scalable and reliable e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 and a solid understanding of application development, integrations, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices.
Your Impactful Goals Include:
• Develop, customize, and maintain Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 applications. • Develop and customize modules, plugins, observers, and scheduled jobs. • Customize storefront, checkout, catalog, pricing, promotions, and order workflows. • Develop and integrate REST, GraphQL, and third-party APIs. • Integrate Adobe Commerce with ERP, payment, shipping, and other enterprise systems. • Troubleshoot defects and resolve application issues efficiently. • Optimize application, database, and cache performance. • Apply Adobe Commerce coding standards and security best practices. • Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required. • Support deployments, releases, and production issue resolution. • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. • Ensure timely delivery of assigned development tasks and project milestones. • Stay updated with Adobe Commerce development practices and apply relevant improvements to development work. • Stay updated with Flutter and mobile development best practices and apply them to development work
Functional Skills Required:
• 2–3 years of relevant development experience. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 development. • Hands-on experience developing and customizing modules, plugins, observers, and scheduled jobs. • Experience customizing storefront, checkout, catalog, pricing, promotions, and order workflows. • Experience developing and integrating REST, GraphQL, and third-party APIs. • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Composer, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Experience integrating Adobe Commerce with ERP, payment, shipping, and other enterprise systems. • Strong troubleshooting and application performance optimization skills. • Understanding of Adobe Commerce coding standards and security best practices. • Experience with unit testing, code reviews, and technical documentation. • Experience supporting deployments, releases, and production issue resolution. • Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-based environments. • Knowledge of Adobe Commerce Cloud is preferred. • Experience with AEM–Adobe Commerce integration using CIF is a plus. • Adobe Commerce certification is a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
