Koran Teacher

Job Description: Koran tul Madina is seeking a Koran teacher for its location in Daska. The teacher will help learners develop accurate recitation and a sound understanding of the Quran through respectful, structured instruction suited to their level.

Responsibilities • Teach Quran reading and recitation using clear, step-by-step lessons. • Guide learners in pronunciation, fluency, and foundational Tajweed rules. • Prepare lessons and learning activities according to student ability and progress. • Monitor performance, offer constructive feedback, and communicate learning goals. • Maintain a patient, focused, and respectful learning environment. • Support consistent attendance and encourage learners to practise between lessons.

This is an on-site teaching role based in Daska. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong Quran recitation and the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners.Job Specification: • Strong Quran reading and recitation with accurate pronunciation. • Knowledge of foundational Tajweed and the ability to teach its practical application. • Clear verbal communication and age-appropriate instructional techniques. • Ability to assess learner progress and adapt lessons to different ability levels. • Patience, empathy, reliability, and a respectful approach to teaching. • Classroom or small-group management and a commitment to learner development. • Good preparation, time management, and consistent follow-through on lesson plans.
