Customer Service Representatives (Funfinity - Soft Play Area)

We are seeking professionals for the Funfinity (largest soft play area) in the Lake City Mall, Lake City Company Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers & children regarding games & play area.

• Handle queries and complaints professionally.

• Maintain positive customer experience.

• Assist in membership or promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Education: Matric

• Experience: 1 - 2 years

• Age: 18 to 26 years

• Strong communication & presentable skills.

• Experience in customer & children - facing roles preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
