ROLE: RELATIONSHIP MANAGER RM

LOCATION: ISLAMABAD AND RAWALPINDI
One of the Leading Banks is seeking highly driven and results-oriented professionals for the position of Relationship Manager to expand its footprint in the twin cities. This is a high-impact, target-based role dedicated to driving business growth, mobilizing deposits, and managing a robust portfolio of high-value clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively pursue and exceed aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the bank.
Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth individual and corporate clients to increase the bank deposit base.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and cross-sell diverse banking products.
Conduct market research to expand the client base and identify new business opportunities within the region.
Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, ensuring compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years of proven, verifiable experience in banking sales, deposit mobilization, or relationship management.
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and close deals in a high-pressure environment.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
