Sales Agents

Job Summary: Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. This role involves making outbound calls and converting leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets • Maintain records of customer interactions in the system

Requirements: • Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or sales role • Strong English communication skills (spoken) • Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
