We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, accurate data entry, accounts records, and financial documentation for our manufacturing operations.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Finished Goods Supervisor to manage final inventory storage, dispatch operations, and finished goods movement. This role ensures accurate stock counts, safe material handling, and timely loading and dispatching of finished products to clients and distributors.
Key Responsibilities • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods from production to warehouse storage. • Manage daily stock registers, physical inventory counts, and reconciliation against system logs. • Coordinate loading/unloading operations and verify delivery documentation (gate passes, delivery challans, and packing lists). • Enforce 5S principles, space optimization, and safety standards within the storage area. • Lead and schedule warehouse labor, forklift drivers, and loading staff. • Monitor product staging to prevent damage, handling errors, or dispatch delays.
Requirements & Qualifications • Education: FA / DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) or equivalent intermediate qualification. • 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or finished goods inventory. • Strong understanding of inventory control, dispatch procedures, and stock documentation. • Hands-on familiarity with basic inventory tracking spreadsheets or warehouse software. • Leadership ability to manage labor and coordinate with transport and production teams.
