Customer Support Required in Silakot

Mbin Inc PK is hiring experienced Customer Service Agents for its Pasrur Road Green Town, Sialkot, office. We need agents with flawless English speaking & writing skills for inbound/outbound customer service work. This includes answering inbound calls, responding to emails and live chat inquiries as needed.

Neutral or US accent is needed. Only Experienced agents may apply.

NO SALES, NO COMMISSIONS. This position offers base salary.

You will be required to answer phone calls and emails / chats, primary duties include: • Answering phone calls professionally • Providing Customer Support for our clients based all over the world. • Assisting customers with their issues and/or responding to their inquiries • Making follow up outbound calls as needed • Responding to emails and live chat inquiries

Shifts will be Fixed or might be rotating and you will be required to work 6 days a week in either late evening (starting 5pm) or night shift (full night Working days will be rotating but shifts will NOT be changed frequently).
