Fulfillment Executive
Job Description
· Conduct product inspection for received products which includes identifying damaged products, product quantity as per PO, packaging quality & part numbers against PO.
· Collaborate with procurement to verity product specifications.
· Create rejection note in ERP if any discrepancies found against PO & revert back to procurement for corrections
· Create Box and receive inventory in ERP system against PO.
· Attach Pictures of specific order in ERP System at IR stage.
· Responsible for Intercompany transactions for inventory movement in ERP system.
· Decision making for customer deliveries based on received material which includes immediate delivery, holding partially received materials and consoling of multiple sale orders for the same customer.
· Prepare accurate Instruction sheet for consolidation that includes product picture, box no, PO, line number and warehouse detail and share with the relevant warehouse team.
· Responsible for product readiness for outbound shipments, consolidation and packing list.
· Prepare import (packing list) and export documents (Invoice and packing list).
· Prepare accurate documentation for Export declaration and forward it to legal partner (MBS) where purchase value is more than 1,000 Euros.
· Monitor outbound shipments movement and make decisions on shipment routing and timing.
· Prepare invoice and packing list for DDP and DDU shipments.
Education:
· BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
Experience:
A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
