Manager Operation RCM Medical Billing (US-Healthcare)

Are you an executive-level Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professional with a proven track record of scaling operations and managing high-performing teams? Meds IT Nexus is seeking a Manager Operations – RCM to direct end-to-end medical billing operations, optimize client revenue streams, and drive operational excellence across all US healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities • Direct and scale end-to-end RCM operations, encompassing charge entry, claim scrubbing, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, and credentialing. • Lead Team Leads and Operational Supervisors to meet and exceed client-specific SLAs, clean claim submission rates, and target collection ratios. • Develop, execute, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control metrics, and workflow automations to maximize operational efficiency. • Conduct high-level revenue cycle trend analyses and root-cause evaluations on aged AR and denials, delivering strategic corrective actions. • Serve as the primary operational liaison for US clients, hosting regular performance review meetings, reporting KPIs, and managing account escalations. • Manage floor capacity, resource allocation, shift utilization, talent development, and succession planning within the RCM division. • Enforce strict adherence to HIPAA standards, OIG compliance guidelines, state-specific regulations, and evolving US healthcare policies.

Requirements • Experience: 7 to 10+ years of solid experience in US Medical Billing / RCM Operations, with a minimum of 3–4 years in a managerial or senior supervisory capacity. • Domain Expertise: Expert-level mastery of complete Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing regulations, CPT/ICD-10 coding guidelines, and US commercial/government payer ecosystems. • Software Proficiency: Deep familiarity with major EHR/RCM systems (e.g., AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, Kareo/Tebra, Practice Fusion, OfficeAlly, Payer Portals). • Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data modeling, executive dashboards, pivot tables) and operational metric tracking. • Leadership & Communication: Outstanding executive leadership, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, and executive-level written/verbal English communication skills. • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related discipline.
