Job Overview

We are looking for a committed, disciplined, and knowledgeable Class Teacher for Grade 4 (Boys) who can effectively teach Science and general subjects with a strong focus on conceptual understanding. The ideal candidate should be able to create an engaging learning environment while maintaining classroom discipline and supporting students’ academic growth.

Job Specifications • Shift: Morning • Location: Banigala, near Imran Khan Chowk, Islamabad • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc / B.Ed in Science preferred) • Experience: 3–4 years of teaching experience in school environment

Skills Required: • Strong understanding of Science concepts • Excellent classroom management skills • Good communication and explanation skills • Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners • Patient, disciplined, and student-focused personality

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. Classroom Teaching & Subject Delivery • Teach Science and general subjects including Mathematics, English basics, and Social Studies • Focus on conceptual learning instead of rote memorization • Use examples, demonstrations, and interactive methods to explain topics • Encourage curiosity and scientific thinking among students

2. Lesson Planning & Preparation • Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans according to curriculum • Design engaging worksheets, activities, and classroom exercises • Use charts, models, and visual aids for better understanding • Adapt teaching methods according to students’ learning pace

3. Student Assessment & Evaluation • Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and oral assessments • Monitor student progress and academic improvement • Maintain proper records of attendance, marks, and performance • Provide constructive feedback for improvement

4. Classroom Management • Maintain discipline and a structured learning environment • Ensure active participation of all students in classroom activities • Apply positive discipline techniques for behavior management • Promote respect, teamwork, and responsibility among students

5. Child Development & Academic Support • Help students build strong conceptual foundations in science • Identify weak students and provide extra academic support • Encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Motivate students to stay engaged and confident in learning

6. Parent Communication • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress • Share academic performance updates and behavior reports • Discuss improvement plans when necessary • Maintain professional and respectful communication

7. School Participation • Participate in school meetings, events, and academic activities • Support school discipline and academic policies • Collaborate with other teachers and administration staff • Contribute to a positive and learning-focused school environmen

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
