Petroleum Engineer

Midgard-SG is looking for motivated and technically competent Petroleum Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in oil & gas operations and possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The candidate is expected to bring strong industry knowledge and commercial acumen to fulfill all the job requirements. • Provide technical support for drilling, completion, production, and well intervention activities. • Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and operational documentation. • Analyze drilling and production data to optimize well performance. • Assist in planning, monitoring, and evaluating drilling and workover operations. • Coordinate with field personnel, clients, and internal departments to ensure efficient project execution. • Review daily drilling and production reports and prepare performance analyses. • Conduct well performance analysis and recommend optimization strategies. • Assist in preparing budgets, cost estimates, and technical proposals. • Support tender preparation, technical bid evaluations, and project documentation. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and HSE requirements. • Maintain engineering databases, technical records, and operational reports. • Participate in technical meetings and provide engineering recommendations.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. • PEC registration is preferred.

Experience Requirements • Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience in the Oil & Gas industry. • Experience in drilling operations, well interventions, production operations, or well services will be preferred.
