Job Summary
Mindwhiz is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and overall business growth.
The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to manage social media platforms, create compelling digital content, support paid advertising campaigns, analyze marketing performance, and contribute to the company's overall digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain digital marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and follower growth. • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. • Monitor social media activity and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. • Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives effectively. • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication of content across all digital channels. • Assist in implementing SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. • Track website traffic, user behavior, and marketing performance using analytics tools. • Support email marketing initiatives, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking. • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. • Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university. • More than 6 months of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related role. • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and online consumer behavior. • Experience managing social media accounts and executing digital marketing campaigns. • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies. • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads. • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools will be considered an advantage. • Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, or SEO will be considered a plus.

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
