Cybersecurity Intern

Responsibilities: • Willing to specialize in to specific cyber security products like DLP, HIDS, NGFW • Work with deployment of demo and customer facing environment • Assist senior team members in cybersecurity projects • Learn and support in client engagements • Participate in security awareness and compliance tasks

Human Skills (Most Important) : • Self Starter with a bias towards action • Communication Skills (Technical, Public, Conflict Resolution) • Matured sense of Responsibility and Work Ethic • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Curiosity and Patience for deep diving in to complex topics

Technical Skills: • Developed Intuition and Understanding of Distributed Systems, Networking, OS (Windows & Linux), and Security Concepts • Focus and Passion to work in the following domains (at least 1, max 3) : • Offensive Security & APT Emulation • Compliance & Data Security • Defensive Security (focused on Endpoints, Network, Cloud, and Application) • Familiarity with Firewalls, Antivirus, EPPs, DLP, HIDS, ZTNA, C2, Compliance and operating systems is a plus

Requirements (Mandatory) : • Bachelor’s degree • Proof of continued learning (TryHackMe, HackTheBox, Certificates, Participation Certificates, etc) • Comfortable working in a client-facing role

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Working Days: Mon to Fri Location: Block 9, Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi.

Work Location: In person
