Position:Senior Electrical & Mechanical Engineer – Textile Processing
Motifz Textile Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly competent, experienced, and result-oriented professional to manage Electrical and Mechanical Engineering operations for Textile Processing and Digital Printing facilities.
Qualification: • BSc Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) – Mandatory • Additional certifications in Industrial Maintenance, Automation, PLCs, or Utilities Management will be considered an advantage.
Experience & Skills: • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Textile Processing Industries. • Strong expertise in: • Mechanical Maintenance & Troubleshooting • Electrical Systems & Power Distribution • Utilities Management (Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Generators, Pumps) • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance • PLCs, Drives, Motors, and Control Systems • Textile Processing Machinery • Digital Thunder Printing Machines • Breakdown Analysis and Root Cause Elimination • Process Optimization and Cost Reduction • Team Management and Production Support • Sound knowledge of modern textile processing technologies and industry standards. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all Electrical and Mechanical Engineering activities of the plant. • Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Textile Processing and Digital Printing machinery. • Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of Digital Thunder Printing Machines. • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. • Ensure maximum equipment efficiency and uninterrupted production. • Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Management teams. • Maintain safety standards and operational excellence.
