Job Summary

CareCloud is seeking an On-Prem / Infrastructure Security Engineer to secure enterprise infrastructure, networks, servers, virtualization platforms, and data center environments. The candidate will be responsible for implementing security controls, monitoring infrastructure risks, and supporting security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure servers, endpoints, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.

• Implement and maintain security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, and NAC solutions.

• Conduct infrastructure vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.

• Perform security hardening of Windows, Linux, and network devices.

• Monitor infrastructure security events and investigate anomalies.

• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

• Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen security controls.

• Assist with infrastructure security audits and compliance requirements.

Tools / Skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Security or Network Security.

• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, virtualization, and enterprise networking.

• Experience with security technologies and infrastructure hardening.
