Position Summary

At Nestlé, we are committed to improving quality of life through nutrition. As a NIDO Associate, you will serve as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals by providing accurate, science-based information on infant nutrition solutions—strictly aligned with the WHO Code and local regulations.

A Day in the Life of a NIDO Associate....

• Build strong, value-driven relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors and paramedical staff, through structured engagements • Deliver high-quality scientific detailing on infant nutrition products, highlighting features, benefits, and appropriate usage in line with compliance guidelines • Position Nestlé as a credible and preferred source of information on infant and maternal nutrition • Execute territory plans to ensure optimal coverage, engagement frequency, and impact • Drive ethical market share growth within the legitimate prescription space (in absence of breastfeeding) • Plan and conduct scientific activities such as group presentations, speaker sessions, and roundtable discussions • Support participation in medical conferences and professional forums • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HCP interactions through CRM systems • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and prescribing behaviors to provide actionable insights • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on communication objectives and execution plans • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company assets and materials

Compliance & Ethics

• Strict adherence to the WHO Code and Local Code of Breast Milk Substitutes is mandatory • No direct or indirect engagement with pregnant women or mothers of infants in a business capacity • All activities must align with Nestlé policies and ethical standards

What Will Make You Successful

• Prior experience of 1-2 years in nutrition or pharmaceutical detailing • Strong ability to build relationships and influence healthcare professionals • Proven track record of working independently in dynamic and challenging environments • Experience in organizing scientific engagements or medical activities • Strong communication, planning, and execution skills • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and accountable approach
