Lead Generation Female Executive – Odoo-ERP

Location: Karachi Job Type: Full-Time Salary: PKR 45,000 – 55,000 + Attractive Incentives Shift: Morning Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: Half Day Sunday: Off

We are looking for a Female Lead Generation Executive to join our team and generate qualified leads for Odoo ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, confident when communicating with international clients, and have previous international sales or lead generation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads for Odoo ERP solutions.

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities.

• Identify potential international clients and decision-makers.

• Communicate with prospects and understand their business requirements.

• Introduce Odoo ERP solutions and generate interest.

• Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead records.

• Achieve monthly lead-generation and activity targets.

Requirements

• Female candidate required.

• Fluent in English — strong verbal and written communication is essential.

• Previous international sales or lead generation experience is required.

• Experience dealing with international clients is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Experience with ERP, SaaS, software, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
