About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in acquiring international clients, particularly within the recruitment, staffing, or IT services industry. If you have excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard international clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking.

• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the US, UK, Europe, GCC, and other international markets.

• Promote the company's staffing and recruitment services to prospective clients.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements and ensure successful delivery.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in international business development, preferably within a staffing, recruitment, or IT services company.

• Demonstrated experience in onboarding international clients.

• Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email outreach, and other lead generation tools is preferred.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Benefits
