Job Description
The ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging English language lessons that develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. The teacher will create a positive learning environment, assess student progress, and support learners in achieving age-appropriate language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective ESL lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
• Develop students' English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Assess students' learning progress through assignments, class activities, and regular evaluations.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students across Pre-Primary, Primary, and Middle School.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior in accordance with school policies.
• Integrate educational technology and interactive teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development programs, curriculum planning, and co-curricular activities.
• Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the school management.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education or a related field.
• B.Ed./M.Ed. or ESL/TESOL certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in ESL or English Language Teaching (preferred).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Work Location: In person
