Founded and led by a Mathematics and Business Studies specialist with over 7 years of teaching experience across Cambridge and IB-accredited curricula, the academy focuses on building strong conceptual foundations from an early age and carrying students through to O-Level success.

Classes run daily from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, offering a structured after-school learning environment for students at every stage of their academic journey. With a focus on core subjects and exam-oriented preparation, O Level PrepHub Academy combines experienced mentorship with a personalized approach to help students build confidence and achieve strong results in their Cambridge examinations

Role Description The Teaching Assistant role at Gardezi Traders is a part-time, on-site position based in Multan. The Teaching Assistant supports lead instructors by helping deliver lessons, reinforcing key concepts, and assisting with classroom activities. Responsibilities include guiding students through exercises, providing individual or small-group support, and helping maintain a positive and organized learning environment. The role also involves preparing basic teaching materials, assisting with grading or record-keeping as needed, and communicating with instructors about student progress and classroom needs. The Teaching Assistant is expected to collaborate with colleagues, follow established educational guidelines, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and engaging learning space.

Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Assistant Teaching and Education skills to effectively support classroom instruction and learning activities. • Candidates should possess clear and respectful Communication skills to interact with students, instructors, and families. • Candidates should possess solid Mathematics skills to assist students with foundational and intermediate math concepts. • Candidates should possess experience and comfort Working With Children in structured educational or mentoring settings. • Candidates should possess organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple classroom tasks efficiently. • Candidates should possess patience, empathy, and a learner-focused mindset to support diverse student needs. • Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma; additional coursework or a degree in Education or a related field is an advantage. • Candidates should possess basic computer literacy for handling educational materials and simple record-keeping.
