We're Hiring! Lecturer – Business Studies (BTEC & HND Programs) Banigala, Islamabad | Olevels.com School

Are you passionate about business education and preparing students for higher education and professional success? We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Business Studies Lecturer to teach BTEC and HND Business courses and contribute to an engaging, industry-focused learning environment.

What You'll Be Doing: • Deliver Business modules for BTEC Level 3 and HND Level 5 programs • Plan and conduct engaging lectures using practical, real-world business examples • Prepare assessments, assignments, and provide timely, constructive feedback • Support students with coursework, projects, presentations, and academic development • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records • Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with awarding body standards and learning outcomes • Participate in academic planning, moderation, and quality assurance activities • Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students throughout their studies

What We're Looking For: • MBA (Master of Business Administration) or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business or a related field • Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate, BTEC, HND, or higher education level is preferred • Strong knowledge of business disciplines such as Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Business Strategy • Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills • Ability to develop engaging learning materials and deliver student-centered instruction • Familiarity with Pearson BTEC qualifications and assessment methodologies is an advantage

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
