Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to manage and scale the cloud infrastructure powering our AI-driven healthcare diagnostics platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, compliance, and scalability of a HIPAA-regulated SaaS platform serving enterprise healthcare systems.

You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, and Product teams to support secure deployments, cloud operations, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure with a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance.

• Own and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines for the deployment of platform updates and AI model releases.

• Ensure HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance across infrastructure, access controls, monitoring, and audit logging systems.

• Monitor system health, uptime, availability, and platform performance across multi-tenant healthcare deployments.

• Implement infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment best practices.

• Collaborate with Engineering and AI teams to support secure and efficient production releases.

• Manage cloud security, backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and incident response processes.

• Support scalability planning as the platform expands across enterprise health system customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.

• Proven experience managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and containerized deployments.

• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or similar DevOps technologies.

• Solid knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure reliability practices.

• Strong understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare security requirements.

• Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare SaaS or AI-driven healthcare platforms.

• Familiarity with AI/ML deployment workflows and data infrastructure requirements.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments.

• Knowledge of compliance-focused infrastructure management and audit readiness.
