Trainee Estimating Engineer(only males)

We are hiring a Trainee Estimating Engineer (Male only) who is passionate about construction and eager to build a career in estimation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bahria Town, ideal for fresh graduates or junior engineers ready to learn and grow in the construction industry. Timing: Night Shift — 6 PM to 2 AM

Requirements: • Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (final-year students may also apply) • Basic understanding of construction drawings, building materials, and construction methods • Good command of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, formatting, and data organization) • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software/tools • Prior experience with Planswift/Bluebeam (a plus, but not required) • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills • Ability to work under deadlines with a positive attitude

Responsibilities: • Assisting senior estimators with quantity takeoffs and cost estimation for U.S.-based residential and commercial projects • Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings • Preparing spreadsheets, estimation reports, and project documentation • Learning and applying industry-standard tools like Planswift, Bluebeam, and RSMeans • Supporting daily estimation tasks, data entry, and reporting activities • Collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
