Details Information Organization National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Position Processing Officer – OG III Sector Retail Banking Employment Type Contract (03 Years – Renewable) Gender Male / Female Location Multiple Cities Application Mode Online Last Date Within 10 working days of advertisement Place of Posting Bahawalpur Jhelum Lahore Mianwali Mirpurkhas Multan Rawalpindi Eligibility Criteria Education / Qualification Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university / institution. Candidates holding a Master’s degree will be given preference. Age Limit Preferably 01 year of banking experience in: Database management MIS reporting Relevant banking fields Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities Manage sales, loan processing, and database management. Assist Line Manager in achieving sales and business targets. Monitor portfolio growth and profitability of assigned accounts. Facilitate branch managers to achieve their KPIs. Assist in product development and revision programs. Review loan proposals and ensure regulatory compliance (SBP / SECP). Maintain strict compliance with credit policies and prudential regulations. Monitor non-performing loans (NPLs) and take timely corrective actions. Prepare competitor scans and monthly classified account statements. Maintain MIS and reporting dashboards for analysis. Follow up on disbursement authorization and customer complaints. Perform any other assigned duties by supervisors. Other Knowledge / Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong expertise in data management and analysis. Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint .
