Graphic Instructor

Requirement: • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or professional certification in Graphic Fine Arts Visual Communication Multimedia UI/UX Design Digital Media or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of teaching/training experience in Graphic. • 3–5 years of relevant industrial/professional experience in Graphic. • Strong practical command of professional graphic tools and workflows. • Experience in delivering structured training and managing course timelines effectively. • Strong command of Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, illustrations, logos, and branding. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing, retouching, image manipulation, and creative compositions. • Good command of Adobe InDesign for layouts, brochures, magazines, publications, and print materials. • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, wireframes, prototypes, and interface design. • Knowledge of Video Editing and ability to teach basic to intermediate video editing concepts.

PKR 1500 -2000 (Negotiable) Payment shall be calculated on a per-lecture basis and payable monthly.

Job Description Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and practical Graphic Instructor who can effectively deliver structured, industry-relevant training within a limited timeframe. The instructor will be responsible for conducting 2-hour classes, completing the assigned course outline on time, and ensuring students gain practical understanding through hands-on learning and relevant industry examples.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strictly follow course outlines provided by PNY Trainings and cover it in stipulated time frame.

2. Deliver 2-hour practical and well-structured classes according to the assigned course outline.

3. Complete the assigned topics/modules within the defined course duration without unnecessary delays.

4. Plan each lecture according to the available time and maintain an appropriate balance between theory, demonstration, and practical work.

5. Ensure all final designs meet quality, technical, and deadline requirements.

6. Teach concepts in a clear, practical, and industry-oriented manner.

7. Demonstrate professional design workflows and guide students through hands-on tasks and projects.

8. Ensure students understand the concepts and are able to apply them independently.

9. Maintain class discipline, engagement, and professional learning standards.

10. Adjust teaching pace according to students' learning needs while ensuring the overall course timeline is maintained.

11. Provide practical feedback and guidance on students' assignments and design work.

Pay: Rs1,500.00 - Rs2,000.00 per month
