About the Role

We are a growing software house in Karachi looking for an experienced Social Media Marketer – Team Lead to join our team. This role requires a hands-on professional who can plan and execute social media strategies while also leading, mentoring, and managing a team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the software/tech industry, along with proven team lead or supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms

• Lead, mentor, and guide junior social media and marketing team members

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of all projects

• Review team output to maintain quality and consistency

• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns

• Ensure deadlines are met and team productivity remains high

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing

• Mandatory: Prior experience working in a software house or tech industry

• Mandatory: Previous experience as a team lead, supervisor, or mentor

• Strong leadership, communication, and task management skills

• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Problem-solving attitude and ownership of responsibilities

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Sunday: Off

• Onsite position only
