Healthcare Specialist

Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will support the design, review, and improvement of health-related content and features within Funsol Technologies’ mobile apps and gaming products. This full-time, on-site role is based in Islamabad and involves collaborating closely with product, design, and content teams to ensure medical and health information is accurate, clear, and user-friendly. Daily tasks include reviewing healthcare scenarios and guidelines, advising on medically appropriate user journeys, and contributing to training materials for internal teams on health-related topics. The Healthcare Specialist will also help develop protocols for emergency and first-aid content, monitor compliance with relevant standards, and participate in user feedback reviews to refine health-focused features. The role requires proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders and an ongoing commitment to staying current with healthcare best practices.

Qualifications • Clinical and emergency response skills, including EMT experience and practical knowledge of Medicine. • Strong Communication abilities for explaining health concepts clearly to non-medical teams and users. • Experience in Healthcare environments, with familiarity in patient care standards and health education. • Background in Training, including creating or delivering health-related training or educational content. • Relevant degree or certification in medicine, nursing, EMT, public health, or a related healthcare field. • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary product teams. • Attention to detail, ethical judgment, and understanding of user safety and data privacy considerations. • Comfort with technology and interest in mobile apps, digital health, or serious gaming solutions.
