About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Officer to monitor the quality and smooth operation of our online education classes.

The QC Officer will be responsible for monitoring teachers, students, online classes, and class records to ensure that lessons are conducted on time and according to company standards.

The ideal candidate should be observant, organized, professional, and comfortable monitoring multiple online classes and communicating with teachers and students when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor online classes through Zoom and other relevant platforms.

• Ensure teachers conduct classes according to the assigned schedule.

• Check whether classes start and finish on time.

• Monitor teacher attendance and identify missed, late, or shortened classes.

• Review class records and relevant communication logs.

• Monitor the quality and standard of teaching delivered by tutors.

• Ensure teachers maintain professional communication with students.

• Monitor teacher-student interactions and ensure company communication policies are followed.

• Ensure teachers and students do not exchange personal contact information or bypass company communication channels.

• Identify and report inappropriate communication, policy violations, or unusual activity.

• Maintain daily QC reports regarding class attendance, punctuality, teaching quality, and other observations.

• Follow up with teachers regarding attendance, scheduling, or quality-related issues.

• Escalate serious or repeated issues to management.

• Help ensure students receive a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, education management, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong observation and attention to detail.

• Good understanding of Zoom and online communication platforms.

• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

• Ability to monitor multiple classes and manage tasks efficiently.

• Professional, responsible, and punctual attitude.

• Ability to handle confidential student and teacher information appropriately.

• Good computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets/CRM systems.

• Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment.

• Must be willing to work the assigned evening/night shift.
