Role Overview
PSI Engineering Pakistan is seeking an experienced Supervisor CSA to coordinate and supervise on-site construction administrative activities. The role ensures smooth site operations, accurate documentation, effective communication, and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and administrative activities
Coordinate between field teams, subcontractors, and Project Management
Maintain site documentation (work logs, material usage, attendance, reports)Monitor project progress, milestones, and workforce productivity
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsIdentify risks, delays, and propose corrective actions
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in site supervision or construction administration
Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation systems
Experience on large-scale or international projects preferred
